Postures

You always need to Have good posture for your health and well being. if you do not have good posture it can lead to really bad health issues. Some thing to help keep a very good posture.1) Your head should be 40cm – 90cm away from the screen.2) Inward curve of the spine in the lumber region.3) No pressure against the lower back of the thigh.4) Feet flat on the floor5) Leg at 90º angle to thigh.6) Angle between trunk and thigh between 90º and 130°.7) About 90º angle between the upper and lower arm near vertical
